Carolyn's latest adventure is becoming a real estate broker with Better Homes and Gardens The Masiello Group located in Lower Village about 1/4 mile from her B & B.

At the office she is very involved in setting up Art Openings every 2 months with a opening reception on the 1st Saturday of the show. Art is one of her many interests. This is good for everyone involved it brings people into the office and the artists get exposure.

The real estate market in the Kennebunks is doing better than the national average. The local opinion is because of the fact that we are a coastal town.

The Bed & Breakfast is still a very important part of her life and doing well; she has help in the summer time to cover all her bases. Its quite fun to talk about real estate at breakfast and she has actually sold homes to guests that stayed at Lake Brook B & B.

Last year she returned to Mexico, this time to San Miguel de Allende in the Sierra Madrae a very beautiful part of Mexico. The trip was for painting with her teacher here Dennis Rafferty and fellow students..

This year she is going to North Carolina to a watercolor workshop at the Kanuga Conference Center. This is a 5 day workshop. This is the first time she is doing a intensive workshop and she is quite excited.
